# Jai Rathore

> Jai Rathore: Staff Software Engineer, Applied AI at Tesla, based in the San Francisco Bay Area. Software engineer with 12+ years building 0→1 platforms across manufacturing, finance, and HR. At Tesla since 2016, leading AI initiatives across the factory software organization: project lead for the manufacturing AI agent platform and its production agents, and for making engineering itself AI-native.
